About
Industrial maintenance professional with extensive experience in high-volume industrial manufacturing factories, utilities environments, and heavy industrial systems. Currently employed at Owens-Illinois (USW).
Millwright foreman in charge of large scale industrial projects nationwide, trusted by plant, corporate, and project management teams to execute complex installations under strict safety, schedule, and performance requirements.
Major Industrial Projects
Tesla – Fremont, California Manufacturing Facility
As a millwright foreman, I led large crews in fast-paced, high-demand manufacturing environments where installation schedules, safety requirements, and system performance were non-negotiable.
Orchestrated, executed, and controlled complex mechanical installations inside active production spaces while coordinating with engineering, automation, and multiple trades. Coordinated mechanical installations for high-volume production lines under aggressive 24/7 timelines.
Heavy industrial equipment installation, conveyor systems, structural supports, and integrated mechanical assemblies. Work was performed alongside live systems, requiring disciplined execution, adaptability, and constant situational awareness.
Coca-Cola – Downey, California
Over a two-year period at the Coca-Cola Downey facility, I served as millwright foreman for the demolition and complete installation of two high-volume bottle lines while supporting continuous plant operations through phased shutdowns and system transitions.
Projects included interior clean-room bottle line construction, laboratory build-outs, conveyor and equipment installation, railroad car safety inspection platforms, and electric forklift charging infrastructure.
Fabricated and installed purge-welded stainless steel pipe and sanitary tubing for beverage production systems, including fillers, product transfer, and CIP loops.
Pepsi – Blue Ash, Ohio Expansion
Millwright foreman for major plant expansion work supporting high-volume beverage production.
Scope included blow-mold equipment installation, glycol and process piping, structural platforms, safety guarding, and material handling systems coordinated within an active facility.
